If you are not 100% happy with the final portrait you receive, just send it back to us within seven days from the time you receive it, in its original packaging, and we will either redo it at no additional charge (using the same design) or refund your money back. No questions asked. It is that simple.

Design promise

Once we receive your photo/s, a member of our design team will review them to ensure our artists will be able to create your original All Pop Art portrait. Within 3 to 5 business days your design proof will be ready for viewing in your AllPopArt.com account. Upon viewing your proof, you may request color changes and reasonable modifications to your design. You may request as many changes as needed, as long as we work from the same design, photo and style. Modifications typically take 1-2 business days to complete and they might delay Holiday delivery.

*Please note for our Pet-glo™ style: As always, you will be shown a proof for your review before proceeding with the final portrait. Due to the intricacy of the Pet-glo™ design, we are only able to make very limited changes to the subject once the proof is created. We are able to make as many changes as you request to the background colors. You will be able to provide the artist with your specific color preferences before we'll begin working on your artwork.

Order process

We will not complete the portrait until you give us the go ahead. If you wish to submit a different photo for your order, a new design fee will apply, as our illustrators will have to work on it from scratch. Please keep in mind that our designs are created by hand by our talented digital art team, each design takes long hours to complete due to our high standards and attention to detail. If you are not happy with your allPopart design you may cancel your order and we will issue a store credit that can be used for a redesign or any other product in our site, excluding gift cards.

Shipping Damages

If your order is damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately. We will ship a new package to you at no charge and have the courier company pickup the damaged order. If the package is lost during transit we will ship a new portrait to you inmediately.

Payment

When you check out through our secure network, your credit card will not be charged for the full amount right away. It will be charged only for the design fee. The total for your order will be charged only when you approve your design.
