| how is my portrait packed for shipping? |
| It is our goal to have your portrait delivered in perfect condition. Our professionally trained production team packs each portrait carefully to ensure safe arrival: Each portrait is wrapped with a layer of shrink-wrap that protects the surface, and then it is wrapped with a thick layer of heavy duty bubble wrap. We firmly secure your portrait in a sturdy, double layered, corrugated cardboard box to guarantee a safe arrival to its new home. Our packages travel all over the world and our team of experts will make sure that your portrait is as secured as can be. |

how much do I pay for shipping? |
We offer several shipping options and prices at checkout. If you need alternative shipping arrangements, please contact us and we will be happy to accomodate your needs whenever possible; We try to keep our shipping and handling fees as low as possible, however, to ensure that your artwork arrives as safe as possible, certain packaging and shipping measures apply. Our rates include the cost of parcel, labor, packaging materials and insurance.

You will also be able to choose from different shipping methods and delivery times before you finalize your order. Once you place your order or after you contact us with your delivery address, we will give you accurate rate information. We can arrange to charge shipping costs to your courier account. All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx; all other international orders are shipped with USPS priority mail unless specifically requested otherwise. Shipping time may vary according to the country’s customs policy, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments unless shipped with FedEx for an additional fee.

| do I have to sign for the package? |
allPopart ships with FedEx, UPS, USPS or any other delivery insured courier. In most cases, you will not have to sign to receive your order: if the courier feels that the delivery address is secure they will leave the package at your door. However, if you wish to have your package delivered after a certain date or request to have the package signed for we will try to accommodate your request.
