Since each of our personalized pictures is digitally hand illustrated by our award winning team of in-house illustrators and are handcrafted using the highest quality materials and professional craftsmanship, we are very confident that you will love your AllPopArt portrait. In fact, we are so sure of it that we can back up all our products with our complete satisfaction guarantee.
Design promise – Once we receive your photo/s, a member of our design team will check them in order to make sure our artists will be able to create an All Pop Art portrait that you will be proud to display in your home. Three to five business days later, we will email you to let you know that your design proof is ready to be viewed under your AllPopArt.com account. Upon viewing your proof, you may request color changes and reasonable modifications to your design. You may request as many changes as needed, as long as we work from the same design, photo and style. Modifications typically take 1-2 business days to complete and they might delay Holiday delivery. We will not complete the portrait until you give us the go ahead. If you wish to submit a different photo for your order, a new design fee will apply, as our illustrators will have to work on it from scratch. Please keep in mind that our designs are created by hand by our talented digital art team, each design takes long hours to complete due to our high standards and attention to detail. If you are not happy with your AllPopArt design you may cancel your order and we will refund your credit card for the total of the order minus the design fee. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us and we will do our best to insure that you will love your AllPopArt design.
Quality assurance - We know it is difficult to purchase a personalized portrait without knowing how the final art will look like. At All Pop Art, we are so confident that you will be thrilled with our creation, that we now offer our best guarantee ever: If you are not 100% happy with the final portrait you receive, just send it back to us within seven days from the time you receive it, in its original packaging, and we will either redo it a no additional charge (using the same design) or refund your money back. No questions asked. It is that simple.
If your order is damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately. We will ship a new package to you and have the courier company pickup the damaged order. If the package is lost by the freight carrier we will ship you a new portrait immediately at no charge.

Order process: Within 2-5 business days of receiving your photo/s we will e-mail you a link to your proof for your approval or modifications. We will not complete the portrait until you give us the go ahead. Your satisfaction is our number one guarantee.
Payment: When you check out through our secure network, your credit card will not be charged for the full amount right away. It will be charged only for the design fee. The total for your order will be charged only when you approve your design.

| how to place an order? |
Ordering is easy; follow these steps with every personalized product in our store:
1. Choose the design style for your personalized picture (warholStyle, lichStyle, obamaStyle, silhouettes, etc.)
2. Choose the layout (number of panels, background design, etc)
3. Choose the size for your final picture
4. Choose the material you want to portrait to be on (canvas or semi glossy paper) and framing option (rolled, framed paper or gallery wrap stretched canvas).
5. Choose number of different faces (only if you wish to use more than one photo or two people in the same photo).
6. Choose your preferred method of sending your photo/s to us - You can upload the photo/s directly from your account, send it by Email or send it by regular mail.

| how long does it take? |
From the day we receive your photo and it is approved to be put in process it'll take approximately 10-14 business days to complete the entire order. (Please keep in mind that Holiday orders and requests for design changes are subject to extended delivery times). If you need to place a rush order, please see the section below.
Within 3-5 business days of receiving your photo/s we will e-mail you a proof for your approval or modifications. We will not complete your portrait until you give us the go ahead. Your satisfaction is our number one guarantee.
After we receive your approval your portrait will ship in approximately 1-2 business days. You will be notified by email once it ships and you will receive a tracking number.
The duration of the process also depends on how quickly you reply to the proof, and how many color modifications you request (color changes will take 1-2 business day to complete).

| RUSH orders |
During the checkout process you will be able to select from three available delivery methods: Please note, the delivery date for the standard shipping option is an approximate date only. Selecting "Expedited" or "Super Rush" shipping will guarantee that the order will arrive before or on the selected date as long as you upload or email your photo/s right after placing your order. Please note that requests for any design changes or modifications usually take 1-2 business days and may delay the delivery date. In the event that your order will be delivered after the promised delivery date, we will refund you the difference between the shipping option you chose and the standard shipping option. Rest assured that we will do our best to deliver your order on time.
If you need to receive the order any sooner than the available dates during online checkout you may contact us for additional rush options: Some of our portraits can be done in as fast as 2 business days. Please contact us and let us know the exact date, we will then let you know the rush fees involved. When placing a custom rush order you will pay a rush design fee to speed up the design process of your proof. Usually rush order fees are $55 or 18% of the total of the order before shipping, whichever is larger. Depending on how soon you need to receive the artwork by you may or may not have to add a rush shipping fee.

| what is the design fee? |
The design fee is already included in the price of your portrait. The design fee covers the time and effort it takes to create your portrait. It varies according to the design style and the number of faces, as all of our portraits are hand illustrated by our talented team of artists.
When placing a personalized order you will first be charged for the design fee. Once we check and approve your photo we will start working on it. The remaining balance will be charged only once you approve the design.

After you'll place an order you will view a page that displays the different options of sending your photo/s to us. Choose your preferred method as shown below:
Upload digital photo/s from your AllPopArt account:
Once your order is placed you can start uploading photos to your account. You can then select to use any of the uploaded photo/s for your order (You will be able include any design and color comments as well). After you select your photo/s you will be able to keep uploading more photos for the order by visiting your My Account section and clicking on your order number. Once your photo/s are checked and put to process you will no longer be able to add new photo/s to the order, however you will still be able to add photo/s to your "My Photos" page and share them with family and friends online. Your file should not be smaller than 100 Kb and ideally, at least 500 kb big, and it can be in .jpg, .gif or .bmp format. We will always contact you by phone or Email within one business day of receiving your uploaded photo/s (after you place an order).
By Email:
You can email your photos to us at: photos@allpopart.com indicating your order number or your full name. Please send the original high resolution file of your photo. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we receive your photo/s. To read information and tips about which photos work best please click here.
By mail:
No digital photos? No problem. We can scan your photos for you at no additional charge. Just send them to us the following address and we will take care of it. Try to pack the photo so it won't bend (we recommend you put a rigid carton in the envelope, securing the photo.) As soon as we receive the photo/s, we will let you know by email or by phone. We regret we cannot be held responsible for lost photos in the mail. The address where you should send the photo/s to is:

Once your photo/s are received we will notify you if the photo's quality is appropriate for the design you have selected. If we need a different photo, we will email you explaining the reasons why we can't use that photo and we'll request a different one. At this point your order can still be refunded entirely, as we have not started to work on your design. Once we start working on your design, the design fee will not be refunded.

Within 3-5 business days of receiving your photo/s your design proof will be available on your account for your approval or modifications. You will be able to view your proof/s by visiting the "My Proofs" section under My Account. If you don't have internet access or an email address available we will mail you the proof. You may ask for any color changes and reasonable design changes for no additional fee as long as we keep working on the same photo in the same design style. If you ask for any changes you will receive another design proof in 1-2 business days. We will not complete the portrait until you give us your approval (by email or by phone). Your satisfaction is our number one guarantee.
Wonder how come you can't see a design proof right away? Please keep in mind that all of our designs are hand illustrated by actual artists. Creating each design proof by hand takes several hours due to our high standards and attention to details.

Once your design is approved your portrait will go to production. Production will take 3-6 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped as well as an email with your tracking number.
